Founded in 1981, the Kingston Rental Property Owners Association brings together landlords in the Kingston community to promote local & provincial advocacy, peer networking, education on laws & regulations, & to provide an opportunity to share valuable resources & support best practices.

Membership is open to landlords, property managers, superintendents, as well as professionals & vendors who supply services to the rental property community.

Guests are encouraged to attend one complimentary KRPOA Member meeting.

To continue attending subsequent meetings, guests are requested to support KRPOA by joining or pay a $30 guest fee per meeting.
 

Meetings are blended - offered both in-person & virtually via Zoom.

 

Membership: 

Membership is open to SMALL & LARGE landlords, property managers, brokers, lenders, appraisers, superintendents, real estate professionals, & others in the industry. Membership Meetings typically take place on the last Tuesday of every month with guest speakers. June + July + August = Summer Break.

The KRPOA is fully managed by a volunteer board consisting entirely of local rental property owners & managers. Board membership is a 2-year term. Monthly hourly commitment is approximately 5 to 6 hours.
